With it being DRILLED in your head by family, friends, enemies, acquaintances, professionals, teachers, etc. about everything you do, say, or think, you’re irrational crazy, illogical, incoherent, & nonsensical? Could you imagine that this is driving me UP THE WALL? I can’t function like this. & yes, I suffer OCD. I even question & doubt the NATURAL daily activities that I do, such as cooking, cleaning, showering, grooming, sleeping, etc. Also, I always question myself-”Am I wrong for doing, saying, or thinking this?” For so many years of people yelling @ you, keeping you punished 24/7 for reasons beyond your control, calling you crazy, treating you like a maggot-faced alien from Mars.
